| In accordance with chapter 551, Texas Government Code and Section 49.063, Texas
Water Code, both as amended, take notice that the Board of Directors of Harris County
Municipal Utility District No. 151 will meet in regular session, open to the public, at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., 1301 McKinney, 51st Floor, Houston, Texas,
77010, at 11:30 a.m, on Tuesday, March 9, 2010. At this meeting, the Board will consider the
following matters: |
1. Approve minutes of meeting of February 9, 2010.
2. Authorize designation of Underwriter for refunding bond issue.
3. Adopt Order Adopting and Authorizing Distribution of Preliminary Official Statement.
4. Adopt Order Authorizing Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2010.
5. Review electricity rates and take necessary action in connection with contract with Direct
Energy.
6. Tax Collector’s Report and authorize payment of certain bills.
7. Review Bookkeeper’s Report, approve Investment Report, and authorize payment of
certain bills.
8. Review Operations Report and authorize repairs.
9. Review Engineer’s Report.
10. Accept Assignment of Professional Engineering Services Contract (AECOM USA –
AECOM Technical Services, Inc.).
11. Discuss and take any necessary action in connection with Directors Election.
12. Status report on District website.
13. Public comments.
and such other matters as may properly come before
it.
