In accordance with chapter 551, Texas Government Code and Section 49.063, Texas Water Code, both as amended, take notice that the Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 151 will meet in regular session, open to the public,at Fulbright& Jaworski L.L.P., 1301 McKinney, 51st Floor (Fulbright Conference Room), Houston, Texas, 77010, at 11:30 a.m, on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. At this meeting, the Board will consider the following matters:

1. Approve minutes of meeting of December 13, 20II.

2. Adopt Order Calling Directors Election;

3. Tax Collector's Report and authorize payment of certain bills.

4. Adopt Order Authorizing Exemptions From Taxation.

5. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Additional Penalty on Taxes, Penalty and Interest Remaining Delinquent on April 1st (personal property) and July 1st (other property).

6. Review Bookkeeper's Report, approve Investment Report, and authorize payment of certain bills.

7. Review Operations Report and authorize repairs.

8. Review Engineer's Report.

9. Renew District insurance (currently with HarcolTML) - expires February 20, 2012.
