| In accordance with chapter 551, Texas Government Code and Section 49.063, Texas
Water Code, both as amended, take notice that the Board of Directors of Harris County
Municipal Utility District No. 151 will meet in regular session, open to the public, at Rosemont
Assisted Living Center, 6450 Kings Park Way, Humble, Harris County, at 5:00 p.m, on Tuesday,
July 13, 2010. At this meeting, the Board will consider the
following matters: |
1. Approve minutes of meeting of June 8, 2010.
2. Review electricity rates and take necessary action in connection with electricity contract.
3. Tax Collector’s Report and authorize payment of certain bills.
4. Review Bookkeeper’s Report, approve Investment Report, and authorize payment of
certain bills.
5. Review Operations Report and authorize repairs.
6. Review Engineer’s Report.
7. Status report on District website.
8. Public comments.
and such other matters as may properly come before
it.
The next Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 10th at 11:30 a.m. at the offices of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. (1301 Mckinney, 51st Floor).
