| In accordance with chapter 551, Texas Government Code and Section 49.063, Texas
Water Code, both as amended, take notice that the Board of Directors of Harris County
Municipal Utility District No. 151 will meet in regular session, open to the public, at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., 1301 McKinney, 51st Floor, Houston, Texas,
77010, at 11:30 a.m, on December 9, 2008. At this meeting, the Board will consider the
following matters: |
1. Approve minutes of meeting of November 11, 2008.
2. Review Tax Collector’s Report and authorize payment of certain bills.
3. Review Bookkeeper’s Report, approve Investment Report, and authorize payment of
certain bills.
4. Review Operations Report and authorize repairs.
5. Review and approve rate increase request from ST for equipment, turn-ons and turn-offs,
and pulled meters.
6. Review Engineer’s Report.
7. Status report on District website.
8. Public comments.
and such other matters as may properly come before
it.
