An Application for Place on the Ballot along with instructions for filing may be obtained from the Secretary of State's website http://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/forms/a2-21.pdf.  An original application must be signed and notarized and filed with our attorney's office by 5:00 p.m. on March 10, 2008.
